📋 Account Deletion Information

If you wish to delete your account and related data in the HiveFun app, please follow the steps below.

🔍 Steps to Delete Your Account

Enter Your Registered Phone Number

Please enter the phone number you used to register with HiveFun

Receive and Enter Verification Code

Click "Send Code" button and enter the 4-digit verification code you receive

Submit Deletion Request

After verification, confirm the deletion (Note: Account cannot be recovered after deletion)

Account Deletion Complete

Your account and data will be completely deleted within 30 days

📊 Data Processing Information

Data to be Deleted:

  • Personal profile information (name, phone number, avatar, etc.)
  • User-generated content within the app
  • Chat history and messages
  • App preferences and settings
  • Device and login information

Data that May be Retained:

  • Transaction records (for financial compliance, retention period: 3 years)
  • Anonymized usage statistics
  • Data required to be retained by law

Note: Retained data will be completely anonymized and cannot be linked to your personal identity.
